None of the items need refrigeration before opening, and can be delivered to your home by our specialist courier.

Hand-pressed Apple Juice
Our award-winning apple juice is handmade in Ludlow from local heritage varieties from orchards in Shropshire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
In late Summer and through Autumn we pick, wash and press all of our apples by hand with the help of a water-based hydro press.
We don't add any sugar, artificial colourings or preservatives though we add a little vitamin C to prevent oxidation during pressing to preserve the freshness and distinctive flavours of our special apples.
Sometimes we do add other fruits such as the wonderfully flavourful Shropshire Prune Damson, quinces, blackberries, elderberries, medlars and more recently mulberries.
We also do a line of spiced juices, including our Christmas favourite, mulled, and the beautifully smoky chilli.
Whether it's pure apple or mixed with other fruits, flowers or spices, our resulting juices are always vibrant with a long flavour profile, reflecting the full character and flavour of the world famous English apple.
appleTeme is an active member of Slow Food, a multiple Great Taste award-winner and has won at the Ludlow Marches Food and Drink Festival.
Artisan condiments
Ludlow Street Cafe has a regular food-to-go stall on the Ludlow Local Produce Market and also makes a range of delicious condiments, so all have been thoroughly taste-tested!
Ludlow Gold Mustard
Our Ludlow Gold Mustard is not as sweet as German beer mustards, not as hot as English mustards and not as bland as French mustards.
It works well with cold meats, burgers and grilled vegetables.
Salop Sauce
We hand-make our fruity, tangy Salop Sauce from locally sourced damsons.
It goes really well with venison, cheese, eggs, beans and to be honest, most things.
Rhubarb Ketchup
Tasting somewhere between a Brown Sauce and Tomato Ketchup, our Rhubarb Ketchup can be used wherever you would use either.
It's less sweet than commercial condiments with a bold fruitiness that even people who don't like rhubarb seem to enjoy.
