Ludlow Brewing Co. approached us several years ago to make them a decent mustard with their Ludlow Gold ale.
After much dabbling and consumption, and over 20 versions of the recipe, we now have an amazing pot of unique mustard.

It is a bit of a Goldilocks mustard, that is not as sweet as German beer mustards, not as hot as English mustards and not as bland as French mustards.
Our Ludlow Gold Mustard works a treat with our Brunch Baps, but also with cold meats, in cheese sauces and smeared on griddled aubergine.
This handmade product is suitable for Vegetarians and Vegans, but please note that it does contain these Allergens: Mustard, trace gluten.
